COMPANY PROFILE

LOCATION:

Our foundry is based at Fujairah Free Trade Zone about 130 KMS from Dubai (United Arab Emirates).  Fujairah Free Trade Zone offers very conducive atmosphere for Industrial Growth and excellent infrastructure facilities like Power, Water, Transportation, Imports and Exports without bureaucratic delays. We employ around 250 Workers and Staff. 90% of our Production is exported to more than 20 Countries. USA, UK & South Africa being prominent among them.

PRODUCTION GRADES:

We are capable of making any ferrous base grade, especially heat-, wear- and abrasion resistant grades. Namely:

Chrome: 30%, 27%, 19%, 13% with or without Molly and Nickel.

Manganese: 20%, 18%, 16%, 12% with or without Chrome.

Heat Resistant: HD, HH and HK grades and various other grades of Stainless Steel.

Plain Carbon Steel: Different Grades

Martensitic Steel: Different grades.

Non Ferrous Grades: Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Bronze, Gun Metal, Zinc & Lead

PRODUCT RANGE:

In our stock we have more than 7000 patterns for different parts like: Hammers, Blow Bars, Impact Plates, Side Liners, Grate Bars, Jaws, Bowl Liners, Mantles, Toggle plates, Cheek Plates, Protection Plates, Shovel Tips, Shrouds, Drop Balls, Cross Drops, Grooved and Plain Rolls, Tapet Bushes, Liners for Dredging, Shredder Hammers and many more.

SCREEN MESHES

In addition we have a separate division for manufacturing Screen Meshes for Aggregate Industry. This division produces Screen Meshes of all sizes and apertures using high quality spring steel wire as per DIN 4192.

EQUIPMENT:

1. Melting; 1 three ton, 3 two ton, 2 one ton, duel track 4 ton and 6 ton high powered Induction Furnaces. Along with these "big" furnaces we also have 100kg and 500 kg High Frequency Induction Furnace for special alloys and 500 kg Gas Fired Morgan Furnace for Aluminium.

2. Molding: The foundry operates on no bake chemically bonded Furane Resin Sand systems. In three divisions:

a) For large and heavy moulds up to 7.5MT of single weight castings.

b) Two totally automatic lines with P.L.e. and flask sizes of 1100 x 800 and

1600x 1300 and a Third one having a flask size of 900 x 600 fully dedicated for Non ferrous Castings.  It can take care automatically for the variation of the sand temperature to give consistent quality. Shell and cold box process are used for making intricate Cores.

3. Centrifugal Casting

4. Pattern Shop: 7 CNC 3-axes milling machines and other related necessary equipment to produce pattern equipment in shortest lead-time and high quality.

5. Laboratory: Ferrous and Non Ferrous base Spectrometer from Spectra AI GmbH with charge correction facility, dye penetration test equipment, Hardness testers, Microscopes, Ultra Sonography, Sand Testing Equipment, Crack Detector.

6. Fettling Shop: All necessary equipment.

7. Machine Shop: Vertical Turrets, Milling Machines, Plano Miller, Lathe Machines, Lumpsden Grinder, Lathe with Taper Turning Attachment, CNC Milling Machine, Drilling Machines, Surface Grinders, Shapers, Hydraulic Presses and other equipments

QUALITY:

The foundry has its own Quality Manual similar in line with ISO audited by its several renowned customers. With its automatic molding line, testing facilities and versatile machine shop, foundry is capable of producing consistent and dimensionally accurate castings.
